In the unlikely event that you receive a custom-made item with a production defect, you may be eligible for a return. To initiate a return for a defective item:

3. Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement item, as per your preference. The returned item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval, in its original packaging.
